Hypnotherapist Training

Become a certified hypnotist or enhanced your existing skills

I teach my certification courses in person, as many aspects of the training necessitate an in-person and hands-on experience. I can provide one-on-one training or working with a group, via two 4-day (9 AM to 4:30 PM) courses (typically over a long weekend, but they can be adjusted to suit your schedule). They are as follows:

  1. Learning the Art of Basic Hypnosis - You'll become an effective hypnotist

  2. Learning the Art of Advanced Hypnotherapy - You'll learn advanced hypnotherapy skills essential for a clinical practice (the "Art of Basic Hypnosis" is a prerequisite)

To become an NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) certified hypnotist, you must complete both courses. The combination of both courses is highly intense and requires independent study outside the classroom. The NGH requires 100 hours of certification training. My course is the fastest and best way to get your NGH certification, start helping clients, and make money from your practice.

My courses are derived from the work of Charles Tebbetts, Milton Erickson, and Dave Elman. I have trained extensively with their contemporaries: Roy Hunter, Mike Mandel, and Gerald Kein. I adapted my Client Centered Hypnosis courses from the work of Roy Hunter, with whom I have an exclusive license to teach and utilize his books. I also incorporate other modalities I've acquired over my years of training and practice.

I have the following certifications and education:

  • Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist - National Guild Of Hypnotists

  • Certified Hypnosis Instructor - National Guild Of Hypnotists

  • Parts Integration and Regression Therapy training - Roy Hunter

  • Advanced Architecture of Hypnosis - Mike Mandel @ University of Toronto

  • OMNI Hypnosis Practitioner - Gerald Kein

  • Stage Hypnosis training - Michael C. Anthony

I'm an annual presenter at HTLive (HypnoThoughts Live) and the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists), the world's largest international hypnosis conventions held each year in Las Vegas and Marlborough. I'm passionate about hypnosis and eager to pass on what I've learned to new students. There is a lot to learn when you begin working as a hypnotist, and it can be frustrating if you don't have the proper training. I enable my students to be fearless and helpful hypnotherapists right out of the gate.

The fee for each course is $2400 (USD). The next scheduled courses are as follows:

Learning the Art of Basic Hypnosis - October 28 to 31 (inclusive)

Learning the Art of Advanced Hypnotherapy - November 6 to 9 (inclusive)

If you are interested in joining a class or you prefer private one-on-one mentoring, please let me know. I look forward to working with you.
